Transportation: Airport transfer will be provided from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Kuala Lumpur Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) to the Palace of Golden Horses upon request. The flight details must be filled up in the prescribed form and must be sent to jane@bam.org.my or fax at +603 2094 5855 not later than 12 January 2010 for pick-up arrangement. Ground transportation to and from the venue will ONLY be provided to participants staying at the official hotel.
Practice Sessions: Will be arranged at the tournament venue according to the teams’ arrival details. Request for practice sessions in the training hall can be made at the liaison centre in the official hotel upon arrival.
Team Accreditation: Please submit your players’ and officials’ passport size PHOTOGRAPHS in soft copy to Mr. Chooi Weng Sheng at massuperseries@yahoo.com before 5 January 2010. Your team officials’ names must be listed out in the prescribed form and also sent to massuperseries@yahoo.com or fax at ++603 2094 5855 not later than 5 January 2010.
Complimentary ID passes will be issued to nominated team officials on the followingscale:
Teams with up to 10 players 4 ID passes
“ between 11-16 players 5 ID passes
“ between 17-25 players 6 ID passes
“ over 25 players 7 ID passes
Limited additional officials’ ID passes will be issued at a fee of RM150.00 each(maximum of 5 passes for each team only) and should be requested in advance with Mr. Chooi.
Visa Application: All players and officials, who require visa to enter Malaysia should submit full passport details (Full name, Passport No., and Date of Issue & Date of Expiry, contact no.) to email jane@bam.org.my or fax ++603 2094 5855 by 5 January 2010.
Insurance: Please ensure that your players & team officials are covered with the necessary insurance policy to meet the current requirements.
Team Managers’ Meeting will be held on Monday, 18 January 2010 at 16.00 hrs at the official hotel.
Technical Briefing will be held on Monday, 18 January 2009. Time and venue will be informed later.
